  • Stuart Harvey appointed President of NOVA
  • EuroConex acquires Citibank Card Acceptance in Europe

  • NOVA buys out Bank of Ireland's shares in euroConex
  • EuroConex expands rapidly through acquisitions in the United Kingdom, Poland and Norway
  • NOVA expands into Canada
  • Pamela Joseph appointed Chief Executive Officer of NOVA, and elected as Vice Chairman of U.S. Bancorp

  • EuroConex establishes operations center in Arklow, Ireland
  • U.S. Bancorp acquires NOVA
