Online Reporting & Support Tools

Monitor your account around the clock from any Web browser through NOVA's online account access tools. You can access all the information you need to manage your electronic payment activity and obtain critical information that can have a big impact on your bottom line. Gain the benefits of real-time customer service, without having to pick up the phone.

NOVA's reporting tools enable you to display recent deposits, view chargebacks and retrieval requests, access customer support and more in a convenient, secure environment.

Basic online account access is free to all NOVA merchant customers. Your account comes with a single log-on to access information for a single Merchant location. You can view up to six months of past statements, chargeback and retrieval reporting, as well as batch reporting for up to 30 days of settled batch activity. You can also link to report sites for our Electronic Gift Card and Electronic Check Service Programs.

For a small monthly fee, enhanced information is available through MerchantConnect Premium, our most comprehensive, versatile reporting solution. You can access a year's worth of reporting information on multiple MIDs and "drill down" into your data to view batches of transactions grouped by card type or batch reference number. Hierarchical reporting allows you to aggregate data from multiple locations.

NOVA's Interchange and qualification reports help you optimize your transactions to avoid the unnecessary expense of downgraded transactions.

Distributed Software Reporting Solutions

For large merchants with multiple distribution channels or complex reporting hierarchies that require specialized reporting capabilities, NOVA's ACS (Automated Customer Service) tool is ideal.

With ACS, you can easily configure and view detailed reports from across multiple locations, including transaction activity, statement detail, and card type history - all from the security of this Windows-based desktop application. User access controls ensure that only only those users with proper permissions view detail information. Data is easily exportable to external applications for additional data management and reporting.
